My name is Melanie Palmer and I have been dealing with James on behalf of my husband Craig and his beloved Sierra Cosworth. It has been traumatic for him due to him having the car purely because his best friend of the last sixteen years died suddenly a couple of weeks ago. They had both dreamed in good old boy racer style of owning a Cosworth and when Mickey died he could not bare the thought of it going to someone who did not know him so mortgaged himself to the hilt to ensure he could look after it.
Anyhow the reason for the email is your employee James, I have called him quite a few times over the past couple of weeks and I am really impressed with the service delivery he has given us. I manage account managers and wish I had a couple like him working for me!! He also told me today that you yourself have got involved in sorting out our issues with Norwich Union to a very satisfactory end.
I am so impressed I will be highly recommending your company to anyone that will listen (and there are a few Cosworths etc. in our social circle!) and will also ensure my husband stays a loyal customer. If I was not in the company car scheme I would also move my insurance over to yourselves. And what a lovely lad you are... polite, bubbly, eager and efficient! You were first to get back to me with the business, so you got it! I have spoken to so many telesales people over the last twenty-four hours, and very, very few stand out from the crowd, or even sound interested. On the other hand it's not easy dealing with 'Joe Public'. I felt you did your best for me, so thank-you and well done! Bit of recognition due I felt (and maybe a bonus!).
